Starting this today. let's see if it works. Day 1: ✅️🎉 Guys the 1st exe is not a regular ab bike, look at the way she's doing it. When you're changing between legs, raise them a little then bend one and lower the other.. and enjoy the burn 🔥 Ps: the hardest for me was the 5th 🥲 it hurts intestines not just the core 🥲

This works. I've been doing it for a month plus and I'm super happy with the results, it's so effective and it burns too. I came back for new workouts but I'm not stopping this one anytime soon
